When I was asked to photograph Rudy, I was thrilled.

I grew up on Long Island when Rudy was a tough-nosed prosecutor that went after the New York Mafia in the 80's.

Regardless of your politics, I do appreciate him for showing up the
funeral for the "Charleston 9." And he did so under the radar of the
media.

When I photographed Rudy, he was running for President. One of my
photographers joked that I should have asked him if I could be on his
ticket.

So if I ever become Vice-President - free beer for everyone.
